We are active seniors! What are active seniors? You will see us run, bike, hike, swim, ride, walk and play.

We are people with life experience and wisdom and are staying or getting healthy and fit by being active.

You will find us many places on the beach the trails, the pool, at a yoga class or bowling alley, about anywhere where we can have fun.

Our activities are a varied but have one thing in common, we have fun.
Some of us are new to this healthy lifestyle and some of us have been active all our lives.
